About AMIR FELDMAN - founder and CEO of Added Value
Amir Feldman is the founder of Added Value Investments Ltd
Over 25 years of experience in the Israeli Capital Market both, "buy side" & "sell side". Amir was general manager of Union capital markets & investments and Jerusalem capital markets & underwriting, both subsidiaries of Israeli Banks. In those years Amir was involved in numerous private and public offering Pipe deals Brokerage transactions and M&A transactions. During 2003-4 Amir managed the Bank of Jerusalem’s Nostro. Between 1995-8 He served as a chief deputy in Capital Markets Models, an investment company managing securities portfolio and mutual funds. Prior to that Amir was a portfolio manager in "Betuha" securities, Clal group (used to be the largest private investment company). Amir acted as Chairman and Director of various investment committees in Israel. Amir holds a portfolio management license and holds MA in Business Administration and BA in Economics both from the Hebrew Universit in Jerusalem.
